| Honda Accord Hybrid

 The 2007 Accord from Honda is the latest Hybrid car from Honda. This car has a 253 horsepower V-6 engine. The great part of these cars is that they are so safe for the economy and the environment. The gas engine is used in combination with an integrated electric motor that is part of the Integrated Motor Assist System or IMA. This model car has an 8 way power adjustable driver's seat, leather trim and most importantly AT-PZEV emissions.
The Honda Accord 2007 comes in 5 colors, the Desert Mist Metallic which is an Ivory color; Graphite Pearl is a grayish color, White Pearl, Tango Red Pearl and Silver Frost Metallic which is gray in color. The Honda Accord Hybrid comes with many different accessories. Fie example, wheel locks, removable roof rack, ski and snowboard attachment, bike attachment, splash guards, door edge guards, a car cover to protect your hybrid against the elements, half nose mask, door visors and gold exhaust finisher.
For the interior you can choose from a cassette player or a MP3 player. The standard audio that is in the car is a 6 disc in dash CD changer and an am/fm radio. The engine block and cylinder heads are made from an aluminum alloy; it has a torque rating of 232 @ 5000. It has a standard value multi port fuel injection.
The Honda Accord Hybrid has many great safety features. They offer the 3point seat belt with pretensioners, ABS brakes; Dual Stage, Dual threshold front airbags, front and rear crush zones. It has side impact door beams, a LATCH and child seat Tether Anchor and side curtain airbags. It also has some great engineering perks. It has a compact 5 speed auto transmission, double wishbone front suspensions, remote entry system, i-Vtec, Drive by Wire Throttle System.
Most people believe that the car has to be plugged in some how because it is a Hybrid but the truth is that the battery pack is self sufficient and it recharges when you decelerate by regenerative braking as opposed to cruising. This type of car will save you gas as well as be kinder to the environment. It does cost more than a standard car would but it will be well worth the money, don't you think?
