 Toyota is another great car manufacturer who has entered the hybrid car ring. The Toyota Camry Hybrid is one of the best hybrids on the market. It has a 147 horsepower engine, a 2.4 liter DOHC 16 Valve, 4 Cylinder engine. It has 147@ 6000 rpm and 161 pounds @ 4000 rpm. The Hybrid System Net Power has 187 hp. The power output is 199 pounds @ 0-1500 RPM @ 4500 rpm. The motor in this hybrid is a Permanent magnet AC synchronous motor.
The battery voltage is 650 maximum volts; the output from the battery is 40 hp. The type is a sealed Nickel Metal Hydride with a 244.8 voltage.
