There are not too many major cities in which you can gamble in. Las Vegas being one and Atlantic City being the other. If you want to take a weekend getaway to Atlantic City there are a couple of ways to do so. One way is to take a bus. There are hundreds of buses that go in and out of Atlantic City everyday. There are 14 hotels on the boardwalk alone including Trump Taj Mahal, Bally's Atlantic City and Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino.

With bus deals, you pay around $ 35 for a round trip or overnight ticket plus certain casinos will give you back a voucher for $ 20. So the ride only costs $ 15. Some casinos will offer a lunch buffet voucher. These are deals that are worth the money. Atlantic City is no where as glamorous as Las Vegas but as far as coming to gamble and do very little else, it is worth it.

Atlantic City Casinos sit on the boardwalk so if you are planning a trip to Atlantic City you can go shopping along the boardwalk as well as spend the day at the beach and the nights in the casino. Some deals offer airfare and hotel starting at $ 300 per night. You can most likely do better if you price out driving in if you live close enough or maybe by train or a bus. The hotels is you stay a couple of days may give you a great deal. The hotels that are located off the boardwalk are cheaper by Atlantic City is not that upstanding once you leave the boardwalk so it may be worth the extra money to stay on the boardwalk where you are closer to the casino.
